With almost £10m traded on the Resale market, we’ve released yet more globally innovative functionality on the world’s first stock exchange for residential property.

The ability to ‘bid’ for property shares was introduced to huge success, with over £300,000 of bid orders matched in just a few weeks, and almost £400,000 in bid orders ready to be matched. This is constantly being updated and you’ll soon see new improvements to the Bid Engine.

In the meantime, this interactive map shows which properties are the most bidded on in the marketplace. You can see the amount (in £) of bids placed on each of our properties across the UK as of September 16th, 2016:
