We’re changing how immediate income works.
From the point of investment until the property’s completion date, you will receive a bank beating 2% income for each investment, rather than the forecast dividend yield. Immediate income, which is interest paid out by Property Partner, will be paid as a cashback into your Property Partner account on the next 5th of the month after the point of investment.
Once the property completes, you will be paid the forecast dividend yield, as usual, on the next 5th of the month. If this falls on the weekend, dividends will be paid on the next working day.
This change is vital for us to successfully grow the platform efficiently, as we’re now giving you access to bigger and more complex deals that tend to result in longer completion timelines, compared to earlier property deals.
Although we cannot predict time to completion, you may like to know our last 10 properties have taken 50 days to complete (from the point of fully funding on platform to going on the Resale Market).
